Returns Policy



Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. However,
occasionally, we understand that you may want to return items.
In order to return any items it is important that you first read the all of
the following Returns Policy, which is in accordance with our Terms and

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right
to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working
days of delivery. This applies to all our products.

As long as Goods are in their original condition and remain unopened and
unused with their label intact they may be returned within seven working
days and we will arrange to collect them. We will issue a refund for the
price you paid for the item minus any shipping charges.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be
able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us
(for example, postage and packing, and gift wrapping). As soon as we receive
notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part
of the purchase price for that item.

We will not accept any returned Goods without an "RMA Number" (Return of
Merchandise Authorisation), which you can obtain directly from us by
contacting us. We will send you an "RMA Form" which must be included in the
consignment along with the goods to enable efficient processing of your

If and when item is delivered it is damaged or defective you must contact us
immediately. We will arrange with you for it to be returned to us.In this
case we will refund the reasonable postage cost for return.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we will exchange the garment for another
size at no extra cost where available.

If you order the wrong garment , we will exchange or refund the garment cost

In any case, you bear the cost of returning the garment to us, and the
garment must be in the same unused condition as when it left us.
If we have delivered the wrong item to you we will class the item as
defective/faulty and will refund to you any reasonable delivery costs.
However, you will still need to request an RMA number and allow us to either
arrange for collection from your premises, or arrange with you the cost of
postage to us.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it
is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in
sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us . Otherwise you
will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services
provided to you in connection with your purchase (for example, postage and
packaging, and gift wrapping).

You shall be responsible for the insurance of all goods returned to us for
service or credit which goods, unless otherwise stated. This shall be at the
your risk until receipt of the goods by us. The onus of proof of safe
delivery shall rest with you.

We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes- sorry.
